This hotel is an ideal base for visiting Athens, with a majority of the sights within a reasonable walking distance (30mins ish). The hotel itself is outside of the touristic areas, and the surrounding area could be a little intimidating to some. The hotel was clean and welcoming, with all the facilities one could need. The bed is a little on the firm side, but still comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The rooftop pool area was great, although quite windy whilst we were there. We also visited during spring, so the pool wasn’t particularly warm. That said, the loungers were comfortable and the drinks were great quality. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, but I’m sure that the friendly staff would be more than willing to assist. Each team member we spoke with was approachable and showed genuine interest in our plans for the day.

Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly; room was clean and modern; rooftop bar, pool and restaurant with excellent views of the Acropolis; second ground floor Restaurant for meals provided a range of choices for breakfast and dinner as well as a Bar. A well stocked souvenier shop is located within the facility - for those who want last minute gifts etc. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was great. Loved the balcony in our room. Was in walking distance of some things, and very easy to Uber to others.

Hotel was clean and location was generally ok. Reception staff were welcoming but weekend night restaurant staff, one in particular, were rude and uninterested to such a degree, that on the Sunday night we walked out without ordering dinner. Breakfast staff were fine/

The location of the hotel, although close to all the attractions, 30 minute walk to most, is somewhat questinable since the neighbourhood is a bit shady. At one point did we not feel unsafe, but it was our first impression of athens which later changed. The local tavern we were recommended by the staff was a bad choice as we later had much better meals. The hotel staff is friendly, and special praise to the hotel security guy, of ukranian descent, who was helpful. All in all, we do not regret staying here as we got the chance to see how diverse athens is.
