Basic room, only 1 tea bag, no crockery only one paper cup each for tea/coffee, no USB ports to charge phones or tablet, very firm bed. Rooftop bar and pool area was nice with views of the Acropolis.

I think the picture of the rooftop is misleading since the location of the hotel is in an unsafe area full of drug addicts and tramps sitting on the street. My wife was totally scared to walk around the hotel. This damaged our stay. so NOT thank you Accor even though I am a more than 30 years customer Taxis run by local mob asks you 25$ to drive 2 kilometers from the center to the hotel. This also does not help you to reach the hotel in a normal way. I am sorry but a 4 stars hotel has nothing to do in this area. Since you have received this comment 1000 times, I do not expect any change. Your roof top bar is closed at 1850 not even 1930 as told when I arrived. What is the point then to leave it open except if you are not interest to make business ? Not sure really The only positive point is the kindness of your staff.

The overall stay was ok, but there were so many small things that impacted the stay that I am not sure in high season this hotel will work for me

Pleasant Stay but could have been better

The location of hotel was in the rough area of Athens. Two of the driver advised us not to walk alone in that area so we took taxi to go to Main/ central area of Athens. The room was decent size but once you put luggage and other bits the room size felt bit cramped. I was hoping for the room size to be slightly bigger. They could have changed the buffet and menu of the breakfast every other day. For the guests like us who stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, to have the same breakfast was bit boring. Overall the stay was pleasant but could have been better.
